Pre-requisite: Knowledge of Law of Torts and Principles of Contract Law (Contract-I).
Objectives
● To develop analytical thinking of the concepts of Indemnity and Guarantee.
● To develop analytical understanding with respect to Specific contracts like contract of
Bailment, Pledge and Agency.
● To develop analytical thinking with respect to Sale of Goods.
● To develop analytical thinking about Partnerships as a form of business and LLP as an
emerging business model.
● To delve into emerging issues related to smart contracts and digital platform
