Introduction
 There are various application available on the local software market but does have
the features that includes the details information about the services or institutions.
The “Users Registration/login System” are screens, forms, or profile pages that
request information from a user to create a web-based account or profile.
 A user registration system generally asks a user to create a username and
password, and possibly answer other security questions as well.
 Many user registration systems allow users to personalize their accounts and
profiles;other registration system provides users account information for them.
User registration systems are usually HTML and PHP programs.
 The application will be scalable and easily maintained. It could be easily
changeable to the changing needs of users

Objectives

 The main objectives of user registration/login system is to manage the details of

Login Change Password, Username, Register.
 It manages all the information about Login Password, Login.
 The project is totally built at administrative end thus only the administrator is
guaranteed the access.
 The purpose of the project is to build an application program to reduce the
manual work for managing the Login, Change Password, Password, Username.
 It tracks all the details about the Username.

Features
 It provides the searching based on various factors. Such as Login, Username,
Register.
 It manage the information of Login and Register.
 It tracks all information of Username, Password, Register etc.
 All the field such as Login, Username, are validated and does not take invalid
values.
 Manages the information of changed password.
 Integration of all records of programmer.
Methodology
Methodology of the project includes the method and way for developing the project.
This project includes the main objectives of this project following are being adopted;

Project Overview
The proposal provides a useful insight about the project carried out as a whole. It provides
details on the requirements specification, analysis, application modeling, design, testing,
and implementation of the application developed.

Planning

Planning stages determine the nature and scope of the development. We must decide and
plan how objectives are to be achieved, what resources are required to achieve the
objectives, how and when the resources are achieved. Planning involves the identification
of task and allocation of required resources to fulfill the given task. Basically planning
phase should prosecute the following point.

a. Study analyzing the business needs in measureable goals.

b. Review of the current operations.
c. Conceptual design of the operation of the final product
d. Equipment requirement.
e. Financial analysis of the costs and benefits including the budget.
f. Select stake holders, including users, and support personnel for the project.
g. Project charter including costs, tasks, deliverables and schedule.

After above all, we should plan how the information can be gathered, function and
performance are achieved.

Analysis

Once the planning should be done in every sector related to project. The major analysis,
feasibility analysis, business value analysis etc. If any problem or defect is seen in
analysis, then plan should be reviewed. Design process includes, database design,
algorithm designing, ER diagram etc.

The results of the design stage should include a product design that:

a. Satisfies the project end user, and business requirements.

b. Functions as it was intended.
c. Can be produced within quality standards.
d. Can be produced within time and budget constraints.

Implementation

Once the software is complemented as per requirements, it is to be implemented in

customer site and has to be done to deliver the product to customer with their agreement.
While implementing the software, we need to install all the tools required for software
running. At implementation phase, the project activities are executed, tracked and
measured. The project implementation stage not only includes the completion of planned
activities, but also the evaluation of the success and contribution of this effort and the
continual review and reflection of the project status and outstanding issues against the
original project business case. It is basically concerned with the development of code and
deploying the code. There should be synchronization between the code and design. Tools
are available to synchronize both code and design. Once implementation is over, proper
testing, load testing, integration testing and system testing.

Maintenance and support

After the successful implementation, regular support and maintenance are to be provided
for smooth and efficient operation of cooperative. The success criterion for continuous
process improvement involves defining a formal process for ending a project. This
includes evaluating the performance of project “best project” that can be leveraged in
future projects, and evaluating the performance of project team members. Closing
includes the formal acceptance of the project and the ending thereof. Administrative
activities include the archiving of the files and documenting lessons learned.

Maintenance is an ongoing process, and it includes:

a. Continuing support of end users

b. Correction of errors
c. Up gradation of software and hardware etc.
d. Documentation preparation (user manuals).

Limitation and scope

There are some limitations and scope of our project users registration/login system that
are mentioned below;

Limitation

 It is required the device which has internet service and required browser to access
it on web.
 It can only operate for users enrollment purposes.

Scope

The main scope of this application is to deals with the various functioning in users
registration/login system. The gives further information about the enrollment process as
to know how many uses are enrolled in every level. Administrator has total access to the
system, confirming the users who are currently registering and/or enrolling generating
records.

Conclusion
