RATIONALE

Voting is a crucial process. It is an opportunity for citizens

of a country to have a voice in who represents them or on an issue
that affects them. Citizens have a responsibility to vote
informedly and participate in election. Voting is a must and your
voice is valid. We need to conduct this webinar that focuses on
voter’s awareness to educate, inform, and give the most proper
and credible information to the community before the upcoming
election.
It’s a matter of shade that may change the future of someone
including you and your family. This would most likely benefit
beginners and people who are indecisive about who to vote for in
the approaching election.

NARRATIVE REPORT

Last 18th day of February 2022, we, the students of BSBA

OM-1J were tasked to do a project webinar for the whole
semester. We divided into three groups and decided on a theme
to concentrate on. The topic "Voter's Awareness" was picked by
our group of eight members. We individually decided and
researched similar studies for our topic, from giving opinions and
gathering data to creating slides and writing papers. Our main
purpose is to provide and advance our webinar initiative for the
greater good.
Our chosen topic is voter awareness since it is timely and
will likely assist not just us, but also our target audience in making
decisions and being informed about the approaching election.
Every round of national elections in the Philippines, the Filipino
people aspire for a positive shift in our country's progress and
development. It is our right to vote. It's much more valuable
because our ancestors fought for it so that we can make moral
decisions about our country. This obligation has been entrusted to
you, a young citizen. Use it wisely, because your vote determines
the country's development. Moreover, because the preparation for
this webinar is rather difficult, I, as a leader, guided and led my
members on what to undertake and what assignment they should
complete. Practicing has also been difficult, not just due to the
terrible internet connection, but also because some of my
members are unable to attend our regularly planned practice. Our
program's flow was revised and planned several times.
Furthermore, we continue to push forward and contribute to the
completion of group tasks. Some of my members were given the
responsibility of editing certificates, others were given the task of
creating invitations and programs, and still others were assigned

the task of checking the program schedule as well as our program
audience. Overall, the task were divided equally and done without
any other issues.
At long last, even though there were some technical
challenges on the day of our webinar, we were able to complete
it effectively. Our objective has been achieved, and we hope they
learned something about our topic.
