    Dear Sir/Madam:

    Boy Scouting is one of the activities that develop the boys to become independent and of
    good character.

    Some of the boys in our school cannot afford to pay the membership fee in BSP. To help our
    boys, we have chosen you to sponsor a boy / pupil in order to become a member of the Scouting
    Movement. A boy who is a member of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines can participate in the
    different Scouting Activities. Registration to BSP is also a big gift to the boy because it also serves as
    an insurance for one (1) year. The boy can avail the insurance benefits like medical and death aid.

    On the day of their Investiture, we would like to invite you to be part of the ceremony as their
    Ninong/Ninang to put on to our boys the symbols of being a member of the Scouting Movement.

    We are looking forward for your kindness and generosity.
