1 Coach Movement Arun Kumar He will look after Attaching, Detaching of
Panda special coach at PUI, NZM,DEE & JU as per
programme. Should also see any alternative
arrangement for coach movement by suitable
train to JU at DEE in case of late running of
18477 Exp at NZM.
2 Contingent Movement Pradip, Rakesh, They will prepare a manual reservation chart
Khirabdi, by allotting seat number for all participants
Moumita, Siv to travel in special coach and in reservation
Kumar, in service.
Rashmita, Preparation for competitions should be taken
Jayanta & in to consideration for allotment of berths.

WAT-
SUBHENDU & For movement of additional members from
ROSHNARA WAT Dist. for whom reservation couldn’t be
arranged, they may move via KUR to proceed
in special coach. Passes should be arranged
accordingly.
3 General Store Materials S.K.D.Prasad They should arrange packing of Kitchen
Sandeep Behera Utensils and other general Store Materials to
Khirabdi with 04 be carried for the camp.
Service Rovers Materials carried in Boxes should have proper
marking and should have a slip of list of
materials available in the box.
4. Kitchen Utensils S.N.Rout with 4 They should arrange packing of all required
Rovers kitchen utensils during the camp.
5. Registration B.S.Mishra He will see the registration and other related
official works in the camp. He is also
responsible for collection of I/Cards, Gifts etc.
6. Uniform All accompanying They should prepare the uniform check list as
Unit Leaders of per APRO-II/III, should personally check the
District/ Station uniform of participants before 29.12.2022 and
ensure no deficiencies.
‘E.Co.Railway’ shoulder badge will be available
on payment, which should be stitched properly
in uniform of all participants.

7 E.CO.RAILWAY Ranjit Kumar This will be made available on payment @
Shoulder Badges Das Rs.15/- per pair. All accompanying U/Ls are
requested to contact SOC(S) for shoulder
badge. There should not be any deficiency of
shoulder badge in Uniform.
8 Accommodation in Scout wing- They should accommodate the participants
Camp Pradip, CL(S) patrol wise for Scouts and Guides and Duty
Guide wing- wise for Rovers and Rangers. Also see the
Soubhagralaxmi, provision of Ground sheets, Electric
CL(G) connection, mobile charging etc.
Kitchen-

9 Truck/ Bus for Rakesh Advance requisition is already given to
contingent movement Jamboree authority for requisition of Bus and
Trucks. On arrival at Jodhpur or before, he will
contact the persons incharge for arranging bus
and truck for early movement of contingent.
10 Cook Arun Panda He will arrange a cook on nominal payment for
cooking food during the camp. However our
service Rovers and Rangers will assist in
cooking food.
11 Placards [E.Co.Railway] S.K.D.Prasad He will search in STC /PUI, total availability of
E.Co.Railway placards. Total minimum 06 nos
of placards are required for the camp. In case,
placards are not available, he will arrange
placards either on payment or departmentally
before the camp.
12 Sightseeing K.S.Rao He will contact appropriate authority for
sightseeing programme during the camp. Sight
seeing to be arranged in two groups in two
days seeing the camp programme schedule.
Sightseeing cost to be collected from the
participants.
13 No use of “SINGLE USE All accompanying As per the Jamboree Bulletin-2 , single use
PLASTIC” Unit Leaders plastics are fully restricted during the camp.
Participants should be informed that they
should not use disposable plastic water bottles,
Plastic/polythene carry bags, rappers etc during
the camp.
14 BP’s Six Exercises Scout wing-Ram They should assemble all Scouts / Guides of the
Krishna State and coordinate for daily BP’s six/Yoga as per
Guide wing- routine at nominated location. Ensure no delay in
Moumita reporting time.

Rangoli to be done at Jamboree. Prepare the
list of materials required and purchase and
carry the materials.
Assemble the participants are required place

20 Marchpast Pradip and Prepare for marchpast in “THREE” at their
Competetion Khirabdi-KUR District Level assembling all Scouts and
Ramkrishna and Guides. Follow the instructions of
Roshnara-WAT “MARCHPAST COMPITITION” in Jamboree
Bulletin – 2.
At Jamboree, combine the team and practice
as per area of judgement.
21 Physical Display KUR(S)- ARUN They will prepare same display separately for
KUR(G)-KHIRABDI scouts and guides.
WAT-(S)-RAM WAT- Pyramid & KUR- Drill type with music.
KRISHNA KUR Scouts/Guides and WAT Scouts/Guides Drill
WAT(G)- & Pyramid will be merged in final practice during
ROSHNARA camp.
List the costumes and materials to be arranged/
purchased. Coordinate accordingly.
22 Global Development SW- Siv Kumar & They will select the Scouts and Guides
Village Jayant coordinating with all Districts for preparation of
GW- Rashmita & handicrafts/arts/unique type skills as per
Soubhagyalaxmi instructions in Jamboree bulletin.
Participants participating in this event should be
instructed to carry all required materials. If
require to purchase any materials, SOC(S) should
be consulted.
23 Color Party Sunil Padh & Select the Scouts & Guides(Perfect in Uniform,
Bhabna- KUR equal in height, good in march past) for color
party. Practice as per Jamboree Bulletin
instructions. All required materials (Anklets,
Gloves, Belt(flag carrier), flags, Steel pipe, Flag
pole top etc to be carried by team(KUR District)
24 Exhibition Srinu Bhai Accompanying Unit Leaders should advice
Arun Panda scouts & Guides and arrange to carry atleast
Mita Rani & 10 items by each District suitable for
Rashmita Exhibition. Srinu Bhai and other shall plan to

27 Ethnic Fashion Show Siv Kumar & They will select one Scout and one Guide with
Rashmita unique tribal / odishi costume. Also practice
to walk on ramp with proper posture.
