( 12 UNDER, 14 UNDER and 17 UNDER )

Home Rule
1. Team composed of 15 players and 12 players as minimum, below 12 players in a game schedule,
will be penalized by shooting free throw and 1 point score for every shoot.

2. 8 minutes stopped watch every quarter.

3. 1 time out for the 1st quarter, 1 time out for 2 nd quarter and 1 time out for the 3 rd quarter will
served to the team and 2 time outs for the 4 th quarter.

4. No pasarelle

5. Coaches and Coaching Staff will be in the Entry Form, players and coaches not in the entry form
can’t coach/play.

6. Team should pay Three Thousand (P 3,000.00) pesos only as reservation fee and
registration fee. No Registration/Reservation Fee No play, this is not refundable upon team
withdrawals. This figure and amount will be paid before the opening date.

7. In the AGE CONSIDERATION : Players celebrating their 13 th , 15th and 18th birthday on
April 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023 are allowed to play but Birth Certificate be presented to the
screening committee before the game.

8. Players should be:

1. 12 under or Born 2011 onwards

2. 14 under or Born 2009 onwards
3. 17 under or Born 2006 onwards

9. Players should have birth certificate, at least photocopy not tampered. TAMPERED will be
found, Team will be out of the league, this is will be consider as DISHONESTY of the team and
from the coach.

10. Before the game present your requirement and entry form together with the individual birth
certificate of the players.

11. Team Uniform will be made by our accredited tailoring which is the FINISHLINE located
at Rizal St, Tagum City (Front of Growth Marketing). Failure to follow this rule, team will be
penalized at One Thousand Five Hundred (P 1, 500.00) pesos every game.

12. Teams, it should have a coach or assistant but not necessary.

13. Players creating troubles will be out of the game.

14. First (1) unsportsmanlike foul committed by the players, should be set in three minutes, but
when the players commit 2 unsportsmanlike fouls will be out of the game and one game
suspension, this rule will be on elimination game only. The players will be penalized an amount
of Two thousand Five Hundred (P 2,500.00) pesos, Failure to pay, players can’t play anymore.
15. No adding and dropping or changing of players after the 1 st game.

16. Players can’t play in 3 consecutive games, will be out of the team and to the whole league.

17. No Uniform, No play after 1st game.

18. 20 minutes late after the call time, grounds for forfeitures.

19. 60 minutes before the game time, teams will be in the vicinity of the venue. One (1) minute
interval in every period and two minutes interval after 2 nd quarter or half time break.

20. Protest to the players will be entertain after the game with a protest letter, investigation will be
followed, pre-game protest much better.

21. Any Violation called by the referees and you are not contented, request for an official time out
for clarification and settlement. “AVOID SHOUTING LIKE A DISPATCHER IN THE
TERMINAL”

22. Arrogant players and coaches to the referees especially to the organizer, grounds for ejected or
out of the venue. One game suspension for the players and out of the league for the coaches.

23. Players/Coaches says bad words/bullying the whole league, whole teams will be ejected to the
league.

24. Wearing of unprescribed basketball outfit is not allowed to play, like wearing of city shorts, t-
shirts and etc).

25. Players wearing jersey but not his surname appeared at the back is not allowed, team will be
technical. Jersey number must be in front and back be appeared.

26. Jewelries (ear rings, necklace, head band and etc.) is not allowed during the game.

27. Bench or Substitute players is not allowed to seats to another bench or bleachers, all players
should be in tact in the bench (one lane only).

28. Injuries will be responsible to the organizer but not liable 100 percent but the team instead.
No substitution to him.

29. In the absence of the team Head Coach or Assistant Head Coach, Team Captain will be the one
to act as leader of the team.

30. Bracketing of the teams will be apply, Semi Finals will be round robin and the top two teams will
be face in the Final Round( Optional)

31. Champion and 1st runner up only will received a cash prizes, trophies and certificates.

32. Prizes Proposed is Twenty Thousand ( P 25, 000.00) per category.

33. FIBA Rules will be applied. Schedule is Schedule. Innovations/changes of game schedules will be
applying a week before the game schedule.
