Before starting work:

 Vehicle secure and safe (on jack stands, lift, ramps, etc)
Before starting engine:
 Oil filter torqued to _____ lb-ft
 Drain plug torqued to _____ lb-ft
 Oil filled with ____ qts
 All tools accounted for
Do not start engine until all above completed
Place vehicle keys here until all above completed

Finishing up:
 Oil level checked after running engine
 Engine checked for leaks
 Service Summary filled out (wrenchturn.com/servicesummary.pdf)
 Oil and filter disposed of properly
