 Description: The LRA portal is an internal system which provides reporting around Verizon’s LTE in Rural America
(LRA) program.
 Verizon’s LTE in Rural America (LRA) program extends Verizon LTE service to areas of the country not served by
our traditional CDMA network. We partner with rural companies to build these areas. We lease our spectrum to
them, they build the sites and connect them to our core.
 Without this partnership, it would be difficult to attain the spectrum on their own. In addition to the Verizon benefits
giving our customers expanded areas, this provides our participants and their customers a path forward for high
speed data services in these rural communities.

application is used by users approximately 140 departments (Operational groups) and by the Regulatory
Reporting department.

 Description: FSNG kiosk is automated, self-service package retrieval and shipping solution for the FedEx users.
Besides dropping off and picking up a package, Users will be able to prepare and print shipping labels by using
Ship & Get touch screen.
 User Actions: DROP-OFF or PICK-UP the package by using kiosk and tracking number.
 FedEx Driver Actions: User once drop-off a package, information is send to central Locker Management System.
Based on the Package, driver will be visiting the kiosk to unload/load the respective packages.
 FedEx Admin Driver Actions: Does the hardware health check and rectifies if any issues found in hardware,
resolves locker issues and puts back into service, retrieves specific package and opens all lockers and checks the
kiosk Summary.

time and will permit planners to “what if” model the results of various options on sales and inventory plans. This is
referred to as the “Unit Flow Process”. The process will be used to support Victoria’s Secret Direct (VSD) and
other brands of the Limited Brands, Inc. This is a windows-based application.
