After having learned Google mission statement as “to organize the world’s information and make it universally
accessible and useful website” I’ve enjoyed learning about the culture at the company and the opportunities it
offers. Following this interaction, I am pursuing the opportunity to join Google’s Apprenticeship Program for
Information Technology.

I have completed a Bachelor’s in Science degree in Nursing from Stratford University. Professionally, I have
undertaken various work experiences to build upon my professional experiences which is beneficially to my
career in IT.

Professionally, I have experiences in patient advocacy, clinical operations management and project management
within the healthcare industry. In my current role as a Contract Registered Nurse at Metropolitan Medical, I
facilitated with the setup, inventory, and overall management of the US Department of Agriculture Medical
Clinic for President Biden's "Build Back Better Initiative". I also directed all technical and EMR-related
concerns as a healthcare project manager at the USDA and initiated 3 eClinicalWorks and an eClinicalWorks
superuser on-site and conducted training of 4 staff members on Eclinicalworks to improve performance by 10%.
This experience has helped me develop excellent management and leadership skills that would be beneficial to
bring to Flex.

In my previous role as a Registered Nurse at Alexandria Health Department, I facilitated the Department in
developing the first PrEP program, designed protocols for nPEP within the department's rules, monitored 80+
clients, and successfully transitioned 70% into full-time providers clinics. I also developed and maintained
databases to track disease outbreaks and arranged control evaluations of infection and other infection prevention
training for long-term care facilities. This experience has instilled in me a strong sense of attention to detail and
administrative skills. I hope to utilise these experiences and skills to contribute and add value at Flex.

The culture at Google, which encompasses ensuring the accuracy, integrity of employee data and HR systems
and serving as a key point of contact for employee portrays the ideal environment whose principles deeply
resonate with my own personal values. Given my background, experiences, and the skills I have developed so
