Team work makes the dream works?

Bev Shannon in her blog “Team work makes the dream works? Im not sure” says that a lot of
people can’t work properly with a team, and she is one of them. There are some issues that
make teamwork difficult, like the personalities of the people, everybody is different and, in
some cases, tolerate each other can be a challenge. Likewise, usually there is not enough time
to share with the partners, not knowing the work partners well can make the work tough.
Another trouble is that there is not any training to improve the teamwork. Although working in
teams is challenging, working alone can be too, you will always need the support of someone.
