KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT is made and executed by


and between: HILDA J. BALDE, MINDA EUGENIA D. JARO, PERLA
ZOILA J. JARO, FLOR ROSARIO J. BALTAZAR, RUBY ROSITA D.
JARO, LEAH D. JARO, and RUBEN JESS D. JARO, ARVIN D. JARO all
of legal ages, Filipino citizens, with residence and postal addresses at
C/O Jaro Residence, Jaro Drive, Anibong, Tacloban City,

WITNESSTH:

That the above-named parties, all of legal age, Filipinos, are the
sole surviving compulsory heirs being the legitimate children of the
late SPOUSES ANTONIO C. JARO and ROSITA DURANA JARO who
died on _______________ and _______________, both at Tacloban City, ,
respectively, without any will;

That the said deceased at the time of their death left several
parcel of land, more particularly described as follows:

That no other property is involved in this extrajudicial


settlement, and that to the best knowledge and information of the
parties hereto, the said deceased left no debts;

That pursuant to Rule 74, Sec. 1 of the Revised Rules of Court


of the Philippines, all being with full capacity to contract, we hereby
adjudicate unto ourselves in pro-indiviso equal shares, the lad
described above, together with whatever improvements that may be
found thereon;
