TN Robhy Dupree Armstrong , sues defendant, Current Residents , and alleges:
1. This is an action for damages that do not exceed the jurisdictional amount pursuant to Florida
Small Claims Rule 7.010(b).
2. Before the institution of this action, plaintiff and defendant had business transactions between
them and on 01/21/2023 they agreed to the resulting balance.
3. Plaintiff rendered a statement of account to defendant, a copy being attached, and defendant did
not object to the statement.
4. Defendant owes plaintiff $3000 that is due with interest since 01/21/2023 on the account.
WHEREFORE, plaintiff demands judgment for damages defendant caused by trying to start a back
yard doctor office with no connection of address and legal medical of the advertising doctor rehab
clinic and also no media and affiliation of the advertised rehab address of the day before 1/21/2023.
