COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

I, NELSON A. DECI, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and a resident

of Barangay Odiong, Altavas, Aklan herein referred to as the FIRST PARTY;
- and –
I, KIM E. BANQUILLO, of legal age, single, Filipino Citizen and a
resident of Barangay Lalab, Batan, Aklan herein referred to as the SECOND
PARTY;

WHEREAS, a vehicular accident transpired at around 9:05 o’clock in the

morning of January 9, 2020 at Sitio Pinamunitan, Brgy. Lalab, Batan, Aklan,
which resulted damage to both vehicles. Attached herewith is the Certification
issued by the Batan Municipal Police Station;

WHEREAS, the parties agreed to the following terms and conditions, to wit:

a. That the FIRST PARTY and SECOND PARTY agreed to

amicably settle this case;

b. That the FIRST PARTY and SECOND PARTY agreed to

shoulder their respective expenses in the repair of their
vehicles ;

c. That the parties agree that they would no longer pursue any
legal or extra-legal action against each other upon the
execution of this Compromise Agreement.
The parties have read the agreement, understood the same and they have
signed this agreement voluntarily, knowingly, without duress and/or intimidation.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we are affixing our signatures to this agreement

this 19th day of June 2020 at Kalibo, Aklan Philippines.

SUBSCRIBED AND SWORN to before me this 19th day of June 2020 at

Kalibo, Aklan, Philippines. I hereby certify that I have personally examined the
affiants and I am satisfied that they voluntarily executed this Compromise
Agreement and that they understood the contents of the same.
