COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

I, KENT HAROLD L. LACHICA, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen

and a resident of Barangay Arcangel, Balete, Aklan herein referred to as the
FIRST PARTY;
- and –
I, EDWIN S. CUALES, of legal age, married, Filipino Citizen and a
resident of Barangay Fulgencio, Balete, Aklan herein referred to as the
SECOND PARTY;

WHEREAS, a vehicular accident transpired at around 10:05 o’clock in

the morning of October 31, 2022 at the national road at Brgy. Calizo,
Balete, Aklan, which resulted physical injuries to the FIRST PARTY;

WHEREAS, the parties agreed to the following terms and conditions,

to wit:

a. That the BOTH PARTIES agreed to amicably settle this

case;

b. That the SECOND PARTY shall extend to the FIRST

PARTY the amount of THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS
(Php 30,000.00) to be paid in four monthly
installments and the insurance proceeds from the
policy of the SECOND PARTY from Travellers
Insurance Surety Corporation with Policy No.
8567247 as payment for hospital expenses;

c. That the FIRST PARTY no longer has any interest in

pursuing any legal action against the SECOND
PARTY;

The parties have read the agreement, understood the same and they
have signed this agreement voluntarily, knowingly, without duress and/or
intimidation.
 IN WITNESS WEREOF, we are affixing our signatures to this
agreement this 2nd day of December 2022 at Kalibo, Aklan Philippines.

SUBSCRIBED AND SWORN to before me this 2nd day of December

Compromise Agreement and that they understood the contents of the same.
