NSS 312 Stainless Steel Electrodes

A lime-titania mixed electrode for joining high tensile steel, dissimilar steel, also for cast
steel. Creates excellent crack resistance joining in problem steel, spring steels. Best also for
buffer layers in hardfacing.

Special features : 1) For joining dissimilar steels (unknown composition).

2) Cracking, bending and impact resistance.
3) Extra high tensile strength 780 - 840 N/sq. mm.
4) Extra tough deposit.
5) Can reweld without having to remove the slag.
6) Slag will remove automatically.
7) NSS 312 is widely used as problem steel.
