different aspects of the Entrepreneurial traits of the owners that should be
possessed in the start up business. Entrepenurial traits mean the ability of the
owner. And the start up business is starting the owner's business using his skills.
And finally, the business owners is the person who operates and leads the business.

WHY DID YOU CHOOSE THIS STUDY? We chose this study because it is connected to our
chosen strand of ABM. We know that we can relate and apply it in our lives. It is
important to us that we can relate .For us to give ideas to other people so that
they can gain knowledge that they can also apply to themselves. Our business traits
are not just for business. Even if we are not business owners today, we still need
to have such as entrepreneurial traits. To expand and give oneself and to be given
the opportunity to grow. Even if we are not in an organization like business owners
today, but in the country we live in we need train to ourself as well.

RESEARCH TITLE
We chose the title ''ENTREPRENEURIAL TRAITS POSSESSED BY BUSINESS OWNERS IN START
UP BUSINESS''. Because we want to immediately capture the attention of those who
will read it. Our research topic has been straightforward to those who notice our
title because we want to make it clear to our readers.

SCOPE OF THE STUDY? Our study is on entrepreneurial traits that possessed by

business owners in start up business. In this study we used sampling technique, we
will only choose some business owners or entrepreneurs that is starting they
business in Talon 3 so that we can collect information and data on them.

SIGNIFICANT OF THE STUDY?Through our study it will have an impact on business

owners particularly because they will know better what they should have and
understand especially if starting a business.The different traits mentioned in this
research will help for them to grow not only as business owners but also as people.

- Why did you choose this topic and how it is relevant in everyday life?We chose it
because it can help and inspire aspiring entrepreneurs not to be afraid of what
will happen when starting a business because if there is a way to solve it. It is
also important to understand the situation especially when starting a business
either now or in the future, so this research will also be informative for
everyone.

possessed by business owners in start up business. In this study we used sampling

participants we cannot assure that the participants will be able to give us
everything. Because it still depends on them how they answer the questions so that
we can get a result.

people's knowledge regarding business owners who are starting out. There will be a
deep understanding and knowledge of entrepreneurs and their traits in business.

order to obtain data from the business owners. As we mentioned in the research, we
will only take a few participants for this research so that what they experience
will be more accurate.And to make the results that we can get from what we are
doing clearer. All data we collect will be confidential due to the sensitive
information of the participants.

apply in our daily lives.Because entrepreneurial traits of business owners can also
