- The conflict present in the scenario would be an argument between the Two teams in a hotel
because the other team would leave a mess and now the other team must handle it. With that
conflict the other supervisor stepped up and confronted the other supervisor.

relationship between the two teams and in turn it will affect the company because there would

- A better approach could have been applied to resolve the conflict would be to tell the higher
manager to check if the things that they say would be true. When the top management checks if
the supervisor says is true then further action can be established. When things are established
the lazy team can be also layed off with the employees which are not competent enough to
work.
