BMS FOUNDATION – Customization

Admin:
User Registration & Login:
• Registration should have Pan Card, Aadhar Card Upload facility.
• Add fields Block & Grampanchayat in registration form.
• After registration, user cannot login until user is approved by admin.
• Id and password will be shared via email once approved.
Users:
• Can add new users and add activities they did for their location with
image.
For example, user xyz have distributed sanitary pads in Vadodara. He
can enter this activity with photo / video upload option and date.
Fields will be: Activity Name, Description, Media (Photo/video),
Activity Date.
Pay-out Slip / Salary Slip:
• Salary slip should be printed and all reports should be in printable
form.

Frontend / User side:


• User Tree will be displayed by state, district, block and
Grampanchayat wise.

Some Details for the System:

• Multiple Roles Registration and Login


• Role wise Access - Super Admin, Supplier, SSG, DPO, BPO, GPS, etc.
• Registration can be done with required documents and OTP verification.
• Super admin will approve the registration then only other users can access the
portal.
• Each role can view and access the members under them region wise.
• Super Admin can create roles and allocate persons to specific role.
• GPS can create 20 groups with 10 minimum and 20 maximum members.
• Add services or work which has been done by each role and upper relevant
authority will check and approve if needed.
• Supplier can be added by Super Admin and will be allotted to specific region.
• Members can place the order for products and supplier will get the order on his
dashboard.
• Inventory Management for supplier will be there.
• Billing system needed for each order with invoice printing and sharing.
