    Dear Madam,

    I am writing this letter to formally advise you that we have overlooked the Site Inspection
    requirement for the project for MG-PAS22-028- Provide Primary Internet Service- 12 months
    with committed Information rate (CIR) 150mbps Internet speed (RE-BID).

    We would like to seek for your approval if we can do the site inspection to follow or if the
    project will be awarded to us, we will schedule the site inspection ASAP.
