UNDERTAKING/INDEMNITY BOND

I, Satpal Narula aged about 55 years Son of Shri Munshi Ram

Resident of Ward No. 5 Rania (137) Sirsa, Haryana -125076 do
hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:

1. That I had purchased AUDI Q 7 C Regn. No. DL3CBV 2913

vehicle bearing Chassis no. WAUZMA4L8BDO20642 Engine No.
CJG010102 Model 2011 Motor Car from BSM Developers Pvt. Ltd.
B-32, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi-110024 on 31st May 2022 for a
total sum of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lac only).

2. That I had taken the delivery of the said vehicle on

31/5/2022 and I am in possession of the said vehicle.

3. That I assured M/s BSM Developers Pvt. Ltd. B-32, Lajpat

Nagar, New Delhi-110024 that I will get the said vehicle
transferred in my name and I further undertake to get the said
vehicle Insured as early as Possible.

4. That I hereby indemnify the said M/s BSM Developers Pvt.

Ltd. B-32, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi-110024 against all losses,
damages etc.

5. That I further indemnify the said M/s BSM Developers Pvt.

Ltd. B-32, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi-110024 that in case of any
accident/theft or other incident I shall be responsible for
losses/damages/accident or challan etc.
