RE: Donation Request letter for {HOSPITAL BILL EXPENSES}

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERNED:

Good day! I am writing this letter to formally ask for financial help, to assist my family with much needed
hospital expenses for my son. We have been advised that the current expenses will be getting high for
the reason that my son is a pre mature baby, he is now in incubator. I just badly need a small amount of
help, for us to be able to survive with the expenses of hospital bill and to support the need of my wife
and son while they are still need to stay in the hospital.

We greatly appreciate any assistance in this matter, May our Lord God continue to blessed your kind
heart.
