I agree with the statement that, It is important that children should start using a computer in the 1st

grade. I will state my opinion with the appropriate arguments.

To begin with, I think that in modern life, it is important to have a basic knowledge of computers and
how to work with them. In the 21st century, you do not need a newspaper because it is easier to search
for any information on the computer. You can get information about everything or contact your friends.

The second reason to make my opinion more solid is education. A lot of children do not want to educate
at university. And for them, there are many courses on how to start web development and scripting. In
this way, you can make money and have an independent life. I think that is easier than studying for 5-4
years.

Any modern companies require employees who have experience with computers. One hundred years
ago, no one could imagine how important technology would be to humans. Today, technology is all
around us.

However, some people claim that modern technology has made us less active. For instance, today's
population can shop and socialize online without the need to leave their homes. Therefore, we are less
likely to get the exercise we need to stay healthy. Interacting with computers long time is unacceptable
for our health.

In conclusion, I strongly believe that despite making us less active. Technology helps us communicate
and get informed very quickly. As Steve Ballmer said: “It empowers people to do what they want to do”.
