2. As a future educator, my personal end goal of communication is that I can fight my
fear and take my weaknesses as a motivation to practice and to improve myself more in terms of talking in front of an audience, a huge crowd or in front of the class. I do believe that communication is not only understanding and acknowledgement; it is also an agreement and commitment. Being able to communicate is vital to being an effective educator. Communication not only conveys information, but it encourages effort, stimulates thinking and modifies attitudes.
