    Hope that this letter finds you well. We are writing this letter of request for materials needed in the
    Open House of Kindergarten Department on August 5, 2022 (Friday). In order to enhance, to
    embellish and to showcase our school facilities, our Department has decided to order following
    equipment.

     Plastic storage bins with lids and handle (for the toys)
     Air Humidifiers (for Preschool rooms)
     Lysol Disinfectant Suggested Plastic
     Loot bags (for the giveaways) Storage for toys

    May we request also the following facilities to be accessible for the school tour.
     Social Hall (for dance activity)
     Playground
     Daycare facilities
