TRAINING METHODOLOGY
To better reach and motivate participants, a variety of training methods are used. Interactive methods
and experiential training is always preferred.
Depending on the goals set for each training session, the following training methods may/will be used:
lecture, discussion, demonstration, experiential or hands-on training, behaviour modelling or role plays,
team and/or individual assignments, case studies, simulations and small projects development, exercises,
among others.

KNOWLEDGE EVALUATION
In order to enable a more accurate evaluation and measure of each participant’s learning progress,
participants will answer a test at the beginning of the course and one upon completion of the course.
ENI East Africa S.p.A. shall provide all necessary equipment/material and suitable location for practical
sessions.
