Enumerated hereunder are the accomplishments of the undersigned as

Teacher/Adviser of Gaya-Gaya Elementary School.

1. Capacitated my professional skills for the New Normal by attending various webinar.
2. Attended virtual SLAC, faculty meeting and Grade level Meeting.
3. Make the online enrollment form for online enrolment of the school.
4. Conduct Parents and Pupils Orientation.
5. Engage learners in various platform online to increase learning engagement during
synchronous class.
6. Become a Resource speaker in our Virtual SLAC Session.
7. Update data information of pupils and enroll in Learner’s Information System (LIS).
8. Conduct online kumustahan every Friday with pupils.
9. Assists parents in answering their child’s module and monitor status.
10. Feedback and reporting of status of print out modules.
11. Developed Learning Activity Sheet (LAS) for Grade 5 Araling Panlipunan Quarter 1
Week 1 and 2.
12. Develop i-Comiks for Science 4 Quarter Module 3.
13. Participated in Division Webinar in ESP and participated as Demonstration Teaching
in Division September 27-29, 2021.
14. Submitted an Action Research Proposal to Division Office.
15. Join and participated in the Regional contest for the school library.
16. Enroll to various (MOOC) Massive Open Online Course
17. Enroll myself to professional education
