Guidelines for the Search for OUTSTANDING DepEd EMPLOYEE 2022


1. This search will be open to all permanent DepEd employee of the Municipality of Sison. Each qualified
awardee will be given a Certificate of Recognition which will be awarded in celebration of Sison Town
Fiesta 2022.

2. An applicant must have served any public elementary/secondary school of Sison for at least 3 years
during the time of evaluation for the search.

3. An awardee can still join the search even yearly or every time same search will be conducted as long as
he/she still qualifies himself/herself for it.

4. Every school must conduct an elimination process of their applicants and only those who will obtain a
score of at least 80 points will qualify for the municipal screening. Top 3 from each of the following
categories will be given the award.

Elem: 1. Classroom teachers Secondary: 1. Classroom teachers


2. Master teachers 2. Head teachers
3. School Heads 3. School Heads
*Elem school TICs may apply under classroom teacher category but only accomplishments/awards
as such will be considered for evaluation.
*Special Citation will be awarded to PSDS
5. For previous awardees, only documents starting January 2020 to November 2022 will be considered. For
non-awardees, all documents until November 2022 will be considered. Performance Rating that will be
included, however, will be that of the last three years.

6. For cases where applicable, cumulative points will be considered but not to exceed the allowed
maximum points for the particular criteria.

7. Criteria B.c Innovation/module/SIM/IMs of teachers, B.d. Research & Development Projects of teachers,
& d. Winnings of Students and of teachers can be credited also to Head Teacher if teacher is under his/her
department. Similarly, such, including that of school, may also be credited to the School Head. This is to
give due recognition to the assistance given by the HT/SH in obtaining such credential/award.

8. The following will the basis for giving points to Winnings:
 For same contest, points will be based on the highest level participated in.
9. For citations/recognitions, the evaluation committee will have the privilege to determine if the
activity/program/project being submitted for evaluation is qualified to be considered in this criteria.

10. For community involvement, certification from the barangay captain will be required aside from
pictures or program as evidences.

11. Evaluation of Portfolio will be on December 6, 2022 at Bautista Hall, SCIS. Personal appearance of
applicant is required.
