holding valid passport/s and valid Visa/s and are genuine passengers and not JOB SEEKERS along with
them.

We, hereby undertake and ensure that the Visa/Approval of our valued client(s), details as below, will be
available at NAJAF / BAGHDAD airport on their arrival time. We, hereby undertake guarantee that in
case visa(s)/Approval are not available or these passengers are deported form NAJAF / BAGHDAD
Airport, owing to any reasons, we shall be responsible to pay all sorts of expenses to your airline.

In case of any discrepancy in all TRAVEL DOCUMENTS, APPROVALS, Tickets and other Travel Related
issues IRAQI AIRWAYS and its Employees shall be discharged from being held responsible for Any
Fines/Fees/Ticket Cost/Deportation of Passenger/s and its other Consequences
