Machine structure:

Main structure and working principle


1、Main structure
The main mechanical structure of ice cream egg tray machine is as follows:
1) Upper die driving mechanism: by the beam, there are upper die driving cylinder,
operating lever to make the upper die vertical up and down movement.
2) The control panel, touch screen and PLC are connected to control the temperature
of the upper and lower die, the conveyor belt part and other injection materials.
3) Upper die part: It is composed of upper die plate, aluminum cone, cone seat,
upper die cover and electric heating plate, etc.
4) Lower mold part:The pulling mold cylinder consists of several templates and front
and rear fixed plates and electric plates installed in the templates and fixed plates.
5) Frame: It consists of two rails on the left and right and two support plates on the
front and back, on which the upper die and lower die driving mechanism are
installed.
6) Lower die driving mechanism: driven by air cylinder.
7) Conveyor belt: The conveyor belt is used for transferring the finished surface,
which is controlled by 220V 200KW reducer motor.
8) Feeding bucket:The batter is beaten out before each work and filled by it.
9) Feeding spout: each egg tray is used for filling each time.
10) Feeding cylinder: how much material to be injected at each working time.
11) Rack track: it is connected by the two left and right standing brackets to become
a whole body, and the parts of the egg tray machine are installed on it.
12) Electric control box: a square box made of stainless steel sheet is installed under
the left side of the rack, with sensors, time relays, AC contactors and combination
switches inside the box. Through the electric control box stage up and down the
mold for electric heating and temperature and time, AC contactor are automatically
controlled by automation by PLC connected to touch screen, etc.

1. Listing the Up Mold
2. Smearing the Animal Oil: Down Mold
3. Closing the Down Mold
Sending(送料) - Fill(注料) – Return(退料) – Down the Up Mold and Let it exhaust for
2~3times – Heating the cone mold for 60s – Up the Up Mold – Remove the Residue
(打料) – Open the Down Mold – Close the Down Mold
(Up – Open - Smearing the Animal Oil: Up Mold first, then smear the Down Mold) –
Close)
