SECTION C /COMPULSORY NON-EXAMINATION SUBJECTS:

➢ Citizenship
➢ Physical Education

NOTE:
✓ You may choose each subject only once
✓ Courses will only run if there are FOUR or more students
✓ The school reserves the right to modify the list above
✓ Pupils are strongly recommended to choose at least one Science.
✓ Greek is compulsory for all Cypriot pupils
✓ French, German and Greek as a Foreign Language are options only for pupils who have completed at least two full
years of instruction successfully (and/or pass the Year 9 End-of-Year Examination)
✓ Pupils who wish to pursue a course at IGCSE must have reached a satisfactory standard in the particular subject
✓ The school will not accept pupils on courses if they have not passed the end-of-Year 9 examinations in that particular
subject
✓ Numbers of students in Art, Drama and P.E. may need to be limited for practical reasons
✓ Pupils on a modified curriculum will join the Enhancement Department for an alternative programme. There will be an
additional fee for this.
