- Acknowledge LO Low press TG

- Priming P/P ON

- DG2 preheat OFF, prelube AUTO

- DG1 preheat ON, wait 15 sec, Prelube RUN (asteptam pana ajunge FW la 33-35*C ca sa putem porni;
mai bine 37*C, pt ca o sa scada initial?)

- raise until 50.2 Hz DG2

- Synchronize tab, select DG2, Voltage sa fie 400, pui in paralel cu Shaft Gen la bare

- raise KW (load) pe DG2 din governor, in acelasi timp scade load pe SG, cand ajunge sub 15kw dai
DISCONNECT de la tab-ul cu Synchronize

- SG Tab  Clutch off, Supply 0, Excitation off

- Temperatura la DG1 FW a ajuns la 33-37*C  START; rpm OK; Prelub AUTO; daca nu apare frecventa
astepti sa creasca temp la FW pana la 36*C si va aparea; Treci DG1 pe HFO (pt ca l-ai pornit pe DO).

- cand DG1 FW = 40*C  Preheat OFF; TAKE UP handrive, Supply 1; (armez bobina de cuplare, activez
syst de comanda si control la distanta al DG-ului)

- Punem DG2 prioritar

- Synch Tab / Sharing TAB (DG1-DG2 button select); Raise DG1 Hz until 50.2; Voltage sa fie 400; Connect
Circuit Breaker;

- Cuplat consumatori: Antipanic light + ceilalti (cu atentie la frecventa; tensiunea nu mai poti sa o
modifici)

- AUTO control switch; OPTIMAL load;

BALLAST (e bine sa te apuci de el dupa DG-uri pt ca dureaza mult)

- Deschizi valvulele BV, incepand de la sea chest

- Deschizi valvulele BVT la 5% (pt ambele tancuri PS / SB)

- SELF PRIMING ON pt pompa

- Pornesti pompa

- Verifici presiunea pe aspiratie / refulare

- PRIMING OFF

- deschizi valvulele treptat pana la 95% pe ambele tancuri (incarcare egala)

- Balastezi conform TCVN 😊)


Intre timp poti sa:
Compressed AIR:

- Compresoare pe MANUAL

- deschizi IN butelia 2, inchizi IN butelia 1

- Start si Umpli butelia 2 pana la x bari. Cand ai deja 1,5 bar, pornesti a Comp #2

- Opresti compresoarele, schimbi butelia; Start compressor, umpli butelia 1 pana la cat scrie pe foaie

- Poti sa faci si DRAIN cand cand umpli sticlele

- Dupa umplere: Compresoare in AUTO; Trebuie sa lasi o buletie in uz (O sa fie #1, atunci dreptunghiul
din dreapta pt RECEIVER 1 o sa aiba toate ON, iar pt RECEIVER 2 toate OFF).

TG:
- Steam to TG ON si steam to cabins OFF (nu conteaza cand, cat mai din timp, ca sa incalzesti)

- VACUUM ON (ejectoru) + deschizi 70% outlet + tii apasat RESET [5 secunde] la SW

- te uiti la ceas, astepti 2 min

- TG Labyrinth seal heating ON

- te uiti la ceas, 2 min

- Main steam valve deschizi putin (4-5%), astepti; daca TG nu porneste dupa ceva vreme sa vezi cateva
sute de rpm, mai cresti putin (6%).

- te uiti la ceas, astepti 2 min

- Pui pe AUTO la steam valve si opresti repede PRIMING LO Pump

- Temperatura trebuie sa o monitorizezi in continuare, sa nu creasca prea mult peste 60, deschizand FW
cooling. Sa nu ajunga la 70*C !!

Transfer de DO si HFO

- Pornesti DO transfer pump si astepti pana la 1.5 nivel; STOP pump


- Deschizi steam pentru tk usor usor pana la 95%; Ai nevoie de 40-50*C in HFO Bunker TK. Faci linia
(changeover selector switch); astepti temperature sa fie ok, dai STEAM TRACING ON si dai START PUMP
imediat; astepti pana la 4 nivel; STOP PUMP, stop heating/tracing.

Separatoare

- selectezi SERIES

- pui #1 purif si #2 clarificator

- inchizi Valvula ‘TO SEP 2’ din dreapta sus (ca sa intre fuel doar in #1 Purif)

- Backpressure pui la 1.1 bar la amandoua purif si temp sa fie la 90-94*C (?!hmm nope)

Changeover

- setpoint pe 60*C (daca nu poti, muta pe Auto, apoi din nou pe MANUAL dupa ce ai modificat setpoint)

- se inchide valvula comandata de abur (valvula procentuala)

- Viscosity control pe MANUAL

- Vedem ca scade temp pe IN/OUT PREHEATER; Cand vine alarma de vascozitate maxima pe pompaj, o
anulezi si treci toate 3 pe DO (ME, DG1, DG2)

- Astepti; cand temp de iesire din mixing tk e de 50-60*C, OPEN BYPASS, functioneaza amandoua
deschise 20-40 secunde, dupa care inchidem PREHEATER.

Atentie:

- temp BOILER HFO SERVICE tk sa aiba +/- 5*C fata de ME HFO SERVICE

- temp la HFO BUNKER ~40-50*C

- temp la HFO SETTLING ~55-65*C

- SEWAGE PUMP start/stop ocazional ca sa eviti alarma

- DEADMAN check ocazional, are doar acustic, nu si visual.

Prelubrication Used primarily on larger engines, prelubrication systems lubricate all critical bearing
journals before energizing the starting motors. Prelubrication is mandatory equipment for 3600/G3600
engines and especially important after periods of idleness, oil changes and filter changes.

The manual system requires the engine operator to manually operate a sump pump to fill the engine oil
passages before activating the starter motors. Automatic systems significantly reduce the amount of
prelube time prior to engine crank. The prelube pumps may be driven by an electric motor, a
compressed air motor, or a compressed natural gas motor (gas engines only), but must be powered
from a source independent of any failure that could require the engine to start. After oil is sensed at the
upper portion of the lubrication system, the starter motors are automatically energized. Automatic
prelubrication systems supplied by Caterpillar include starting controls, electric or air powered pumps, a
check valve and engine piping. The check valve is used to prevent pressurized oil from flowing through
the prelube pump during engine operation.
