The project outline must be submitted digitally as a pdf file (not a scan). Please only use the free Acrobat
Reader (which you can download here). Please send the completed project outline to:
apply@allianzfoundation.org.

When you submit your project outline, you are deemed to confirm the correctness of the information provided.

The Allianz Foundation will process the personal data (last name, first name, position and contact details) of the contact person
who is indicated in the form when examining the application, evaluating the entitlement of the applying institution for applying
for funding in the scope of the project as well as for documentation and examination purposes. The legal basis for the
processing of the personal data of the contact person shall be Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR (the legitimate interest of the Allianz
Foundation and of the applying institution to process the personal data in order to examine and assess the application and to
contact the applying institution). If the application will be rejected, the personal data of the contact person will be deleted 24
months after the notification of the rejection. In the other case, the Allianz Foundation will retain the application form and the
personal data of the contact person contained in it during a period of 10 years. If the indicated contact person will have any
questions regarding the processing of his/her personal data by the Allianz Foundation or would like to exercise his/her rights
under the GDPR, we would like to request him/her to read our our Data Protection Declaration or send an email to
allianz-foundation@2b-advice.com.
