Notes:
 You should check the class Science practical examination schedule for your shifts and
reporting venue.

 It is important that you arrive at the designated reporting venue before the reporting time
as stated in your Science Practical examination schedule.

 You may not be allowed to sit the Science Practical examination if you report after the
scheduled reporting time for your allocated shift.

 You must surrender all electronic devices upon reporting to the examination personnel.
You are to label your name and class on your electronic devices before surrendering them
to the examination personnel. The electronic devices will be returned to you at the end of
your quarantine.

 If you are found in possession of any electronic devices anytime at the reporting room,
science laboratory or quarantine room, be it before or after the Science Practical
examination, you are liable to the same penalty as those who commit an act of dishonesty.

 You are not allowed to leave the reporting venue without the examination personnel’s
permission.

 For students (taking Biology, Chemistry and Physics) in Shift 1 and 2, you must report to
the quarantine room after your examination. This is to uphold the integrity of the Practical
examination and to prevent discussions with students from latter shifts. You will be
released as soon as the students from Shift 3 start their examination.

 You should make full use of the time by completing the work that is assigned to you by the
Science teachers.

 You are allowed to bring materials for self-study, water bottles and dry snacks. However,
you are responsible for the cleanliness of the room and should dispose of any rubbish in
the rubbish bins outside of the quarantine venue

 Students in Shift 3 and 4 will be allowed to leave the school after the Practical
examination if they are not taking another examination.
