SUBJECT: DEMAND LETTER FOR SUM OF MONEY

Dear Sir:

Greetings!

My client complained that YOU FAILED TO SETTLE YOUR

OBLIGATION IN FULL. Based on the surrounding antecedent facts
narrated by my client are as follows, to wit:

1. Without the owner’s prior knowledge and consent, you had

sold her BILLIARD TABLE stealthily;

2. She had learned of your unlawful conduct after you had sold
her property to a buyer in bad faith;

3. She had been requesting from you to pay the amount of the
said personal property exclusive of shipping fee, yet, there
was no preferential action from your end despite demands.

In regard to this, you are hereby given TEN (10) DAYS within
which to settle your obligation in an amount of FIFTY THOUSAND
PESOS (50, 000 PHP) in cash, otherwise, you will leave us with no
other remedy but to take legal action against you in the court of
law to enforce my client’s lawful claim.

Thus, it is likewise within my client’s right to bring the suit

against you in ______, which will expose you to more litigation
expenses on top of your liability to pay damages, legal interest,
attorney’s fees and cost of suit.
