ESCAÑO-ARIAS, MD-MPH, Officer-In- Charge, City Health Department regarding the Celebration of the National Mental Health Week October 2022 with the theme “Make mental health and well-being for all a global priority” all CTO employees are hereby required to wear something blue on Monday, 10 October 2022, in support of the National Mental Health Week.
