ENTREPRENEURIAL COMPETENCIES
• These are the sum total of the personality, skills, and
knowledge that an entrepreneur possess which are necessary
to effectively perform their functions responsibilities.
• It is considered a higher level characteristic encompassing
personality traits, skills, knowledge, therefore can be seen as
the total ability of the entrepreneur to perform a job role
successfully. -Man and Chan (1999).
