Dear Ms. Almira Dabon,

I regret to inform you that due to the lack of sales in our branches, NC Tiger Driving School is forced to
reduce its workforce temporarily. Over the past several months, NC Tiger Driving School has
experienced financial shortfalls.

We have explored a lot of possible options, and involving employees in future work. Unfortunately, we
find that we have to reduce our workforce in order to maintain the financial stability of the company.
After analyzing our resources, the current situation, and all our options, we have decided that we must
eliminate some employment. It is with deepest regret that we must inform you that you employment
has been terminated.

You’ll no longer be employed with NC Tiger Driving School as of November 01, 2022. You are entitled to
your salary up until October 31, 2022. You will receive a separate letter with the complete details of
compensation or other related information you’re entitled to receive from us.

Please keep in mind that you have signed a non-compete, non-solicitation and non-disclosure
agreement. If you have any information about our clients, employees, or other stakeholders stored on
paper or on your personal devices, you must delete it immediately.

If you have questions or clarifications, I’m at your disposal for up to five working days after your last day
of employment.
