ROAD TRANSPORTATION- It is more prone to accident when delivering goods due to traffic,
weather, road construction, human errors, etc. It can also increase the factors in damaging goods.
D. FLEXIBILITY
RAIL TRANSPORTATION- It follows a strict plan schedule.
ROAD TRANSPORTATION- It don’t have schedule and can be dispatched depending on the
delivery requests of the customer.
E. CAPACITY
RAIL TRANSPORTATION- It has huge carrying capacity. A train can carry up to 10,000,000
lbs. of cargo only in a single trip.
ROAD TRANSPORTATION- It has limited carrying capacity The trucks can carry a cargo that
weighs 20,000 to 80,000 lbs., depending on the number of axles of the truck.

COMPARISON
-They are the transportation that used to deliver goods on its destination.

2. Bridge is considered as the transportation infrastructure. Recently, the Carlos P. Romulo Bridge or
also known as Wawa Dam in Pangasinan collapsed. The Department of Public Works and Highways
