 Apply for Foundation Course

Step 2: Documents Required (Scanned copy)

(Max. file size – 1 MB, Accepted formats – JPEG, PDF, PNG, DOCX)

 Passport Size Photo

 Signature of candidate
 Admit Card for Std. XII
 Std. X Passing certificate having Date of Birth
 Category certificate (OBC / ST / SC, Etc.) (If Applicable)
