Nepalese Restaurants in Finland

By Dipesh Karki and Apil Panthi

This study is related to our research because they identified the effects of food quality, price,

ambiance and service quality on customers in the Nepalese restaurants in Finland. The main goal of our

research is to identify the reasons why Korean Samgyupsal is gaining popularity in Project 8, Quezon

City. We can use this study to support our topic and they conducted a survey too, which we will be doing.

The researchers of this study concluded that the food quality, price, ambiance and service quality

have positive effects on customer satisfaction. They also stated that a restaurant is not only composed of

the food or menu it provides, it is a mixture of several variables that in turn paves a way for the customers

who frequent these restaurants to be happy.
