Acceptance Note and Code of conduct

I, ___________________________________________ (name) would like to confirm

with thanks my acceptance of the Titan Scholarship and i would like commit to the
following:

• I will pursue my education and life goals with full vigour, energy,
enthusiasm resilience and courage.
• I will use the Scholarship Amount only for education purposes.
• I will ensure that I do not lag behind in my studies and exams.
• As a student, I will not indulge in unethical practices like copying, ragging etc
• I will behave responsibly towards my Institution, teachers, parents and
fellow students of the opposite gender.
• I will not entertain negative feelings towards myself, carrying stress and
anxiety feelings and suicidal thoughts. In any such event, I will share these
thoughts and feelings with my parents, teachers and close friends and seek
help to come out of such negative feelings.
• I will attach great importance to physical fitness both for itself and as a
means to acquire greater mental fitness – both intellectual and emotional.
• I will observe good hygiene habits and a balanced diet and refrain from
injurious habits like smoking, drinking, drug taking and stay away from
tobacco products.
• I assure that I am not receiving any scholarship
• I value honesty, integrity and fair play.
• I will go forward with courage and good cheer.

I would like to further reiterate that to the extent possible, I will offer my helping
hand to my lesser fortunate members of our society.

Finally, on completion of my studies and successful placement, I will seek to

contribute back to the Titan Scholarship program, either financially or physically
and thus ensure the continuation of the cycle of goodness.
