Question 1: Write down the differences between vacuum tube & transistor.
Write some examples of semiconductor materials.
1.In appearance, the electron tube has a glass cover, which provides a vacuum environment
for the electronic components.The transistor looks relatively simple and is made of
semiconductor.The service life of electron tube is short, and in the process of use, the power
consumption is large, and the electric appliance is easy to heat, while the service life of
transistor is long, the power consumption is small, which can reduce the loss of electric
energy, and emit less waste heat.
2.silicon,germanium
Question 2: What are the different types of memory devices?
Write the differences between RAM & ROM.
1.DAS,SAN,NAS.
2. RAM is random storage, power failure will not save data, while ROM can still save the
original data in the case of power failure.RAM can read and write at any time, and very
fast.For ROM,data can only be written and cannot be modified.
