Travel Insurance
Did you remember to protect your vacation? You can easily protect you and your traveling companions with travel protection,
that includes: Trip Cancellation, Trip Delay, Emergency Accident and Sickness Medical Expense, Baggage Delay, Rental Car
Damage and Theft, and more. For your security, travel protection is fully refundable within 30 days of purchase, provided the
traveler has not has a loss or traveled. To enroll, just contact (800) 925-9999 option 3 for information. To ask about plan

HOTEL POLICIES:
A valid photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport is required at check-in. Your major credit card will be pre-authorized for a
security deposit for any incidental charges (varies per hotel). If you do not have a major credit card, some properties will accept a
cash deposit. Special requests such as a rollaway or cribs are subject to availability and additional fees. Depending on the hotel
policy, extra person charges and fees for hotel amenities, including parking fees may apply. All transactions are final.
Hotel Provider reserves the right to cancel or modify a room reservation (including after the room reservation has been
confirmed) if the room reservation includes or resulted from a mistake or error of any kind, including but not limited to, a mistake
or error in the rate, resort or room type or where it appears that a guest has engaged in fraudulent or misleading activity in making
the room reservation. These terms and conditions are subject to change by Hotel Provider without notice. Package and handling
fees may apply.
Any travel date cancellation or change within sixty (60) calendar days of arrival will result in a re-booking fee. Outstanding
account balances must be paid in full thirty (30) calendar days prior to arrival.
Any cancellations or changes made on a developer exchange reservation will result in a developer exchange fee. The developer
exchange fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Seasonal upgrade fees are transferable and refundable. Any changes or
cancellations on a Bonus Week reservation within thirty (30) calendar days before arrival will result in a re-booking fee.
In the event your deeded unit is not available, you may be assigned a unit that is of equal value. The sleeping capacity will remain
the same, but amenities may vary.
NO SMOKING POLICY: All our rooms are non-smoking, and any guests found to have been smoking, vaping, or using an e-
cigarette in the room may be assessed an additional cleaning fee. Our Resorts are private property and have been deemed drug-
free zones. We do not allow the use or possession of illegal drugs and/or marijuana on property, regardless of state legalization
laws on recreational or medical use. Persons found to be in violation of this Policy may be subject to applicable Trespass laws.
This policy applies to all of Westgate Resorts' owned and operated properties. All guests are expected to comply with all
provisions of this policy. Where Federal and/or State law or rules may differ, the company will abide by the applicable standard.
