Question 1: Write down the differences between vacuum tube &

transistor.
1. In appearance, the electron tube has a glass cover to provide a

vacuum environment for the electric-word components, while the

transistor does not, and the transistor looks relatively simple, is made of

semiconductors.

2, on the function, also has the huge difference of the tube and the

transistor, the function of the valve is mainly enlarge the power of audio

equipment, is a kind of signal amplifier, function is unitary, and the

transistor is a kind of multifunctional electronic device that can set

rectifier, the signal modulation, expanding power, voltage stability as a

whole, complete functions.

3, in the use of the effect, valves and transistors still have a huge

difference, the service life of the tube is short, and in the process of

using the power consumption is large, electrical appliances are easy to

heat, and the service life of the transistor is long, the power

consumption is small, can reduce the loss of electricity, and emit less

waste heat.

Write some examples of semiconductor materials.

Common semiconductor materials are silicon (Si), germanium (Ge), compound
semiconductor, such as gallium arsenide (GaAs), etc.Doped or made into other
compound semiconductor materials, such as boron (B), phosphorus (P), octant (In)
and antimony (Sb), etc.Silicon is the most commonly used semiconductor material.

Question 2: What are the different types of memory devices?

Hard Di、disk、Memory chips

Write the
differences between RAM & ROM.
ROM - Storage space

ROM generally includes system space, user installer space, user storage

space. Its size determines how many programs your phone can transfer

and how many files it can store, without affecting its performance

speed.

RAM -- Run memory

RAM as the operating memory directly determines how many programs

can be opened in the background of the phone. Powerful CPU with

powerful RAM will run faster. Its size allows for more room to run

programs, which makes it smoother and faster to run multi-tasking

background and large programs.

2. They work on different principles

RAM is a random storage, power down will not save data, and ROM can

power down, still save the original data.ROM and RAM are both

semiconductor memory.

Question 3: Write down the full form:

FPGA:field-programmable gate array
MIPS:Million Instructions Per Second
ALU: Arithmetic Logical Unit
Question 4: Explain PLA structure with block diagram.
