Answer:
1.. Electronic tubes can not be integrated, but transistors can be
integrated on a large scale; The function of electronic tube is
mainly as signal amplifier, while transistor is a multifunctional
electronic device.

Question 2: What are the different types of memory devices? 
Write the differences between RAM & ROM.
Answer:
The different types of memory devices are the RAM and ROM. 
First of which is also called volatile memory，and the data 
in ram is not permanently written when power off, data dele
ted. And also it is the memory available for the operating 
system programs and process to use when the computer is run
ning. It requires flow of electricity to retain data. The o
ther is also called non volatile which is not erased. It d
oes not requires electricity to retain data. Rom is the mem
ory that comes with yourcomputer that is pre-written to hold 
theinstructions for booting up the computer.

CAD, EDA, VHDL, PLA, FPGA, MIPS, ALU
Answer:
CAD: computer aided design;
EDA: Electronic design automation;
