Title: DISTRIBUTION AND RETRIEVAL OF MODULES (DRY RUN)

Participant’s All students from Grade 7, 8, 9 and 10, MNHS Teachers, parents, and brgy. officials
Description:
ACTIVITY:
Description/ To show that the alternative delivery modalities under the blended/distance
Rationale: learning will work this school year, the Department of Education (DepEd)
showcased different settings and highlighted their respective back-to-school
preparations.

As 2020-2021 begins, several schools in basic education all over the Philippines
have conducted their respective blended/distance learning dry runs.

To guide teachers, parents, and learners in the conduct of basic education as the
country shifts into the new normal, the schools based their preparations on the
varying local situations.

Objectives:  To determine the good points and weak areas of the implementation
 To Review the contributory factors that leads to its success/failures
 To come out better ways/ideas for improvement
 To make other preparations for opening of classes

Acti viti es: 7:30-8:00 –Preparation the modules to be delivered (per
barangay)
8:30-11:30- Delivery of modules per brgy.
August 19, 2020
7:30-11:00- Retrieval of modules per brgy.
HIGHLIGHTS:
 Parents and Brgy. Officials were acquainted with the process on the
delivery of modules.
 Efforts of the parents, students and even different stake holders are very
evident in support to the continuation of education amidst these trying
times.
 There were suggestion given by the different stakeholders in the delivery
and retrieval.
ISSUES/CONCERNS  The budget for the modules is not enough if we would make it 1:1
 Some parents were not able to hear the announcement from the
Brgy.hall.
