Thank you for choosing Executive Sounds for your special event. We take pride in entertaining
all types of groups. Our goal is to provide top notch entertainment at a level of customer
satisfaction of professionalism that is expected from our guests.
Upon booking your event with Executive Sounds a non-refundable $200.00 deposit is due.
The remaining balance is due two weeks before the date of your event. Executive Sounds will not
consider your date booked until a deposit has been collected and a signed contract has been
received. In the event the client is unable to uphold their contractual agreement and the amount
has been paid in full all money will be refunded except for the non-refundable $200.00 deposit.
If the client chooses to cancel within the two weeks prior to the scheduled event and the remaining
balance has been received all funds will be forfeited. If Executive Sounds has not received the
remaining balance two weeks before your scheduled event and we get an inquiry for another event
we reserve the right to book the other event and you will have lost your DJ and forfeited your
non-refundable $200.00 deposit due to not paying the remaining balance by contracted time.
All methods of payment accepted: Cash, Check, Money Order, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and
American Express. All checks maybe made payable to Executive Sounds.
