Diagnosis: Cancerous metastases in the bone marrow without unknown primary origin.

Pregnancy 17+3
weeks. Anemia 1st degree, unknown etiology. Thrombocytopenia, unknown etiology. Hydroelectrolytic
disorders (partially treated): hypokalemia, hyponatremia, hypercalcemia of unknown etiology.
Hypertension, stage 1. Erythematous gastroduodenopathy. Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).
Capilar hepatic hemangioma.
Chronic acalculous cholecystitis. Gallbladder polyps. Gestational pyeloectasia on the right.

Clinical and paraclinical examination:


Panendoscopy, chest x-ray, blood tests.
