    Subject: Operating Instruction for the new Label Printing Machine

    The Manufacturing office now has a brand-new label printing device.

    The following guidelines must be followed in order to protect the Printing Machine:

     Allow the device to cool for at least five minutes after usage.
     Make sure the paper is loaded appropriately because it needs to have a narrow
    edge leading.
     Don't just store your labels everywhere new labels should be preserved in their
    box and kept in a cold, dry place, it is advised.
     After use, make sure the switch is switched off.
