products”

3 Project Objective:

a) To measure the effectiveness of the company by


measuring customer acceptance level.
b) To study the challenges and issues faced by our existing
ITC retailers in selling our product in the market.
c) To analyse packaging, quality, delivery etc of ITC dairy
products and other brands in the market.
d) What all market is covered by our brand in the north
region of Kolkata and where all our milk is sold by
retailers.

Tool of data collection: Quessionaire, Sample Size: 100,


Sampling Area: North Kolkata, Sampling Technique: Simple
Random Sampling, Data Analysis: Bar Graph & Pie Chart.
5. Brief Summary of Project:

This Project presents a report a detailed analysis of Business


Development (Easy Digest Milk) & Analysis of the perception
of Customers and Retailers about ITC dairy products. The
organization taken is ITC Ltd. The report contains a detailed
analysis of the company, its factors, and component
including the vision, mission, principles, its different product
lines, brand portfolio, target market, competitor analysis,
etc. The main purpose of this study is to improve customers’
product knowledge, spread awareness, promotion of the
product. The study Is done in the North Kolkata regions
by the technique of random sampling of 100 respondents
from the population through the method of the survey done
in the market with the help of a questionnaire, informal
interactions, and observation of the customers. Then the
detailed analysis is done based on data collected accordingly
interpretations, results, and conclusions are drawn out of it.
